The Development Enhancement Exit Programme (DEEP) is a specialized training designed by Corporate Secretarial and Training Services (CSTS) purposely to equip Staff affected by the Redundancy exercise of Fan Milk Limited with requisite skills to enable them to survive and remain productive independent and to further provide preliminary knowledge needed to transition successfully from being employees to becoming employers or business owners.
